of a new job and sisters

I just realized how long its been since i've touched this part of the blogsphere. wow!!!!! When last I left you I was in VA and seeing Jesus Christ Superstar....lets see how long it takes for me to fill in the missing pieces!

Well...just over a month ago I began a new job working with those with different mental challenges. It has been a challenge and a blessing....but, its mostly be good and very worth it! I also get to keep some contact with my elders...which is a real blessing...they don't know how much they do for me! They definetly suprise, challenge, and show me what love is really about.

The past couple of months has also brought us associate welcoming. We had a small group this year, but i've no doubt that they are comitted to living out hte charism and mission of the sisters. Welcoming is always a good chance for me to remember what it was that drew me in in the first place as well as St. Josephs Day celebration when we all renew our vows or comittment (associates). Last weekend we celebrated some Jubilees, which was awesome. I can't believe how insignificant some of hte things I have done seem in comparison to the life of some of the sisters...wow....its truly humbling......
