Life!!! Sure keeps me hopping! This year I am excited to be mentoring a younger woman who is looking at becoming an SSJA. It is always an awesome experience to share the journey with someone and hear their stories. It is also a good opportunity for me to be renewed in what I know but...sometimes can be easy to forget in the hustle of life. Most importantly that God is always calling...always leading...no matter where you are. So...I am definetly looking forward to the journey as well.
Friday was a book signing for a book two of the sisters wrote. I can't wait to dig in but...have other reading to finish before I start another. It was a good opportunity to catch up with some old friends who I haven't seen for awhile and just be.
It has also been awesome being able to share evening prayer on Skype with my friend Alyson. It is amazing what technology can do. No...it isn't the same as actually being there in person,...but....it is still good. And with distance necessary. :) But....still am loving it since I don't get to share prayer with the sisters in community as often as I would like.
