Greetings from VA

Howdy all! I am writing to you from sunny VA. My sisters graduated with their masters Thursday evening. It was an excellent ceremony and the gym was packed. Though, not as packed as i'm sure it was on Saturday for the larger ceremony. I don't think i've ever seen so many computer people in one place. After the ceremony we all went out to Neds for dinner and dancing. I got my boot scootin shoes on and was set to go! :)

Yesterday was the day for computer analyzing. (Thanks Holly and Julie) They made sure all was up and running well and got my firefox problem fixed. Yeah!!!!! Then it was off to Mount Vernon, where George Washington lived. It was a beautiful house! The land was excellent. I just wish we had more time to listen to the people in their respective areas talk before feeling rushed through. We got to watch a video following the battles he fought as General. It was interactive..complete with snow! Yes...they had fake snow and effects that you could feel through the seats. It was a pretty neat experience. I also wish I had had more time to wander through the museum part of things before the movie and it was time to leave.

This morning I helped my sisters out by doing some lawn mowing. Though, I must say that it was a totally different experience than using a riding or push mower. I could definetly understand why sometimes we have problems with our push mowers at work! The reel mowers can get clogged up and hard to push pretty quickly!
