Hello everyone! I hope you all had a very blessed beginning to the Christmas season. I have had a week full of family at home. I've learned the fun of Wii. I have learned I am not too bad of a fisherman on it and can play a pretty mean ping pong game. :)
Wednesday was pretty quiet...mom helped highlight my hair. So, now I am back to looking how I more normally do as of late..my hair had gotten pretty dark. Then my Uncle Ray and his wife Janet stopped to visit before we all headed to Christmas Eve Mass. We all call it midnight mass since its the latest time Mass is but, it was at nine. There is something strangely calming about the predicitability of the parish I grew up in.
Thursday we were visited by santa...yes, he still comes at our house..along with gifts from various elfs and reindeer. I think the gift that will probably get the most use is my new George Foreman grill. It will hopefully encourage more healthy and 'normal' eating. My Uncle Wayne came for dinner with us and we all had fun just hanging out and playing with the Wii.
I thought I would share with you all a you tube video of one of my all time favorite songs. I first heard it when I made my Cursillo a few years ago. The song has followed me ever sense. It always serves to remind me that all will be well.
