Blessed be Your Name

Today was a day of giving thanks. Thanks for the vision of Fr. Medielle and the first six women who said yes. Thanks for the sisters and lay women locally who dared to dream the vision for the associate program. Thanks for what was and what is to follow. The Erie Associates celebrated the twenty fifth anniversary of the associate program locally. The day began with a beautiful liturgy, which was followed by brunch...fellowship and entertainment. It was awesome sharing the day with such beautiful women and men. I left with a smile remembering anew what it was that drew me to the community. The vision for greater unity with and among the dear neighbor as well as with God. That unity for which we all strive each and every day.
